Store Managers

Our Store Managers are responsible for the daily running and management of our stores, sometimes alone or alongside other colleagues. Leadership skills and delivering the best possible customer experience are key. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding KPI's, front line customer service and product merchandising. Proven communication, good spoken & written English and sales skills are all essential.

Sales Advisors

Our Sales Advisors help run our stores and are often the first point of client contact. Proven sales, communication, good spoken & written English skills are all essential. You will be trained to listen, advise and guide our clients through our product range.

7.5t (C1, CPC required) Driver/Fitter

All of our delivery teams work in pairs. The driver is the team leader, supported by an assistant. Typically, 15+ multi-area deliveries are completed each day. A 'can-do' attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must, as is good spoken and written English. You will also need to be able to fit flat-pack furniture to a good standard. Our distribution center is based in Charlton (SE7).

3.5t (B1) Drivers/Fitter

A lead driver/fitter assembles a wide variety of the company's products including, bedsteads, flat-pack furniture and occasional items. Therefore fitting ability, customer service, communication, good spoken & written English skills are all essential.

Driver/Fitter Assistants

Our delivery assistants help deliver and fit our products. They liaise with our distribution center, clients and stores. Key skills include, navigation/map reading, flat-pack furniture assembly, communication, good spoken & written English and customer care.

Apprenticeships

Our current apprenticeship scheme (sales, delivery & administration) is coordinated in partnership with 'Middleton Murray' based in Sidcup. We are strong believers in the value and benefits that apprentices bring to our business:
